Cove Point Fun Center VR Download Ubuntu

About This Game Have you ever wanted to own your very own fun center complete with bowling alley, mini golf, VR arcade, escape room, arcade and many other fun things to do? Or, perhaps you just like fun centers. If you answered yes to owning one but don’t have millions of dollars to buy one, or answered yes to just liking to go to them but don't want to go out of your house, what is the next best thing (and cheapest option)? Having it in virtual reality! I couldn’t find a game that fit my wants in a fun center type game so I created my own to share with the world! There is so much fun to be had in Cove Point Fun Center VR.Update 2.0 has been released! Highlights: Ocean life update (added 20+ sea creatures, ocean environment got a huge overhaul), New VR in VR detective/escape room game (~30 - 60 minutes of game play), playable grand piano now next to the playable drum set in the arcade. See Update News Post for full details. Full game of 10 pin bowling 12 hole pirate themed outdoor minigolf, set on a tropical beach and inside a pirate cave Escape Room Experience – ever wanted to feel trapped and required to discover a way to escape your enclosure in which you are stuck inside? If not, give it a try anyways. A short escape room experience. Shooting basketball arcade game Skee-Ball game Drum set - A working drum set. Grab the drum sticks and make some noise! Or play along with songs from the jukebox. Guitar – strum a couple random chords on a guitar like a real rockstar (that's how the pros all play right?) Piano - playable grand piano by the stage in the arcade area. You can only play the piano with two fingers though. Chopsticks anyone? VR Arcade with two VR mini games – 1. Space Pong VR. play a futuristic VR racquetball type game by putting on the VR-arcade's VR headset while already in VR (VR-ception?). 2. Case of the Parlagog. A storylined, futuristic steampunk styled, detective investigation, suspenseful, escape the room type game. This new VR in VR game has about 45-60 minutes of gameplay. Whiteboard – use your mad art skills in VR by grabbing the markers and going crazy on the white board. Jukebox with many songs – don’t like what’s playing go ahead and change the song yourself. Don’t like any of the choices? Go ahead and shut it off entirely. Have a therapeutic relaxing time by chilling on the beach listening to the ocean waves hit up against the sandy beach all while hitting golf balls into the tropical blue waters. Go into the ocean, beneath the waves, to see the tropical life swimming around you. Play around with objects just as you would in real life. Most everything that would be interactable in real life is interactable in this game. Grab the fire extinguisher and blast it around Use the restroom! Don’t forget to wash and dry your hands Turn off the lights – just because you can Grab a free soda from the vending machine, then proceed to build a giant tower with them and then knock it over with a bowling ball Many other things to interact with, grab and throw around. Just like we all do in real life: like grabbing our computers and chucking them across the room.Motion controllers are required to play.As of now teleporting is the method of movement. Smooth locomotion is being looked at/worked on right now but not guaranteed to make it into the game. 1075eedd30 Title: Cove Point Fun Center VRGenre: Casual, Indie, SportsDeveloper:Armet GamesPublisher:Armet GamesRelease Date: 20 Nov, 2017 Cove Point Fun Center VR Download Ubuntu cove point fun center vr It seems like the physics are not good. The basketball seemed to always use the same path even when I tried to slightly change my throw. The balls rebounds weirdly in the arcade games. Sometimes, the golf ball travels like it weighted a ton by rolling slowly and endlessly, other times it flies high like if I used an iron.At the end of the mini-golf game (9 holes), I didn't know if there was something else to do (another hidden 9-holes? what about the big boat?). You have to get back to the center by "walking" the whole 9 holes back.If you really want something cheap to initiate you with VR, download Rec Room which is soo much fun, and FREE.. Refunded. The game's graphics isnt as good as the videos even at the highest settings. There are no interactions with the items in the game except to throw them around. No NPCs to interact in, it feels like a very lonely fun center. The beach is the only good thing about the game, but the graphics are too bad to immerse completely in it.. Bought it for the mini golf which is cute. The bowling and arcade games I have seen better in other games. Update - the games room. did some more investigation. Putting on the vive headset in there you get to play space tennis which is oddly addictive. AND there is also a small escape room in the games room as well. so upgrading from cute to pretty awesome......The only other plus is walking into the ocean and seeing all the sea creatures strutting backwards and forwards. Cause in real life they all pace backwards and forwards in the ocean. lolol. I played this game on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers and I had zero issues . I would compare this game to Sports Bar VR. The main thing missing is that there is no multiplayer or coop. So you will be alone in this world, which takes away most of the fun you would have in this VR world. I defintitely think this game is meant to be a shared experience and it's puzzling why there wouldn't be a multiplayer option. In any event, this world is filled with mini-game options. You can play bowling, skee-ball, arcade mini-basketball, outdoor mini-golf, VR arcade tennis game, and a IRL in VR escape room experience. You can also mess around with a whiteboard, jukebox, drum set, guitar, etc. You can even go crazy and sneak into the girl's restroom if you are into doing pervy stuff like that in VR obviously, I had to do that None of the games are polished and the physics just aren't right. So that's the other main difference between this and Sports Bar VR (and many other goood mini-game VR titles). However, Cove Point Center VR is much more ambitious than Sports Bar VR. There's a lot going on in this game. It truly is more than the sum of its parts. It's more about the exploration. The graphics and attention to detail that went into a lot of little things in this game. I don't think a Fun Center exists quite like this, yet I can imagine there being one just like this one somewhere out there IRL.You can actually go in the ocean and play around with a shark! You'll see an octopus that's hiding from you or a stingray swimming around. In the distance you'll see a whale passing by. You can take a sword off a skeleton lying in a bed near the mini-golf hole. There's just a whole of stuff going on in this game. When you throw the guitar it makes a sound like a thrown guitar might make or when you throw a soda can (it's not the most realistic, but it's not bad either). I do recommend this game. I appreciate the ambition this dev had and the chances they took. You can turn off the music on the jukebox, you can repeat the song, you can switch songs. I would love if this game improved the gameplay for each of the mini-games and added multiplayer. This game has the potential to be a 10\/10, it just fails. But even in its failure, you can tell that a lot of love went into making this game. And I had fun exploring all the different areas of this game. In the end, I think that's why this game ultimately succeeds, it gives you an experience only possible in VR.My sale price ($4.89) rating : 7\/10, I can imagine a real fun center looking something like this and it would probably also suck IRL (cheese factor 10) but yet it would be memorable and worth experiencing at least once if that makes sense and all for less than 5 bucks currently. A fun place to hangout at in VR.. I played this game on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers and I had zero issues . I would compare this game to Sports Bar VR.
